By Requesting a piece or Commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Basic ToS:

  • Payment expected before lineart can be started.

  • If the Commissioner re-uploads the image, credits must be given to myself, the artist.

  • Artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes or claimed as your own work, without express written permission from myself, the artist.

  • MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.

In Depth ToS:

SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS

  1. **I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. **The client may not claim it as their own, use it for commercial purposes, or for anything other than personal use.

  2. All commissioned/Requested artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for commercial use in printed or digital merchandise or for promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited without express written permission from myself, the artist.

  3. My artwork, commissioned or not, may NEVER be used to promote any political platforms or opinions, to promote hate speech or images.

  4. If you have any questions about this, ask before commissioning me.

  5. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and commission will be fully refunded.

  6. Conditions for Reposting

  7. The client has my permission to repost the commissioned artwork, for non commercial purposes, as long as proper credit is given, and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

  8. Prohibited Actions

  9. Altering my artwork in any way, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use, is prohibited.

  10. Using my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image is prohibited.

  11. Claiming my artwork as your own is prohibited.

  12. If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported anywhere I see fit.

SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION

  1. Do not send payment until I have specified that I am ready to receive it.

  2. Lineart will not be started until payment has been received.

  3. Non-payment within 5 business days will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, will be re-purposed as a YCH or used for another commission.

  4. **Refund Policy ** NO REFUNDS. Exception:

SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION

  4. Visual Reference Guidelines Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.

  5. If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character.

SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW

  1. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style (example: Disney style, Pokemon style, etc)

  8. Fetishes

  9. Gore

  10. Nsfw/suggestive

  11. Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.

SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS

  1. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, without explanation and the commission will be fully refunded.

  2. The commissioner reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time before payment has been made.

  3. Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.

  4. Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 3 weeks.

  5. If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.
